Connections and shared content
itssle Link connects an approved Mac with an iPhone or iPad. Mac status, shared photos and documents, remote screen and audio, and text you explicitly choose to paste are processed between connected devices to provide those features. Shared file contents and remote screens are not used for advertising or analytics.
Information on your devices
Pairing trust, device permissions and settings are stored on your devices. Document caches and exported copies may remain on your mobile device. Copies saved to Photos or another app must be managed there. Clips saved in older versions retain their existing preservation and export path.
Optional analytics and crash reports
App analytics and crash reporting are separate choices and are off by default. If enabled, Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics may process coarse location, device identifiers, product interaction, crash, performance, diagnostic and other usage information. This is not used for advertising tracking. You can change each choice in settings.
Platform services
Apple CloudKit may be used for limited connection control information. If you configure Tailscale, that service’s privacy practices also apply. Shared photos and documents are not offered as a CloudKit photo-sync service.
This website
Cloudflare hosts this website and may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and protect it. We have not added advertising, visitor analytics scripts, signup forms or tracking cookies. If you contact us by email, your message and reply address are used to respond.
Your choices
Manage paired devices and feature permissions on your Mac. Revoking access does not automatically delete copies already saved to other apps. Include only the personal content necessary when contacting support.
Updates
This page will be updated when features or data practices change. The final distribution version’s privacy information and App Store disclosures will be checked against the features actually provided.
